Universitas Islam Riau (UIR) once again achieved national recognition by winning the Bronze Winner at the Anugerah Kemdiktisaintek 2025 in the category of Private Higher Education — Best Cooperation Report Management. This prestigious award was presented by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology (Kemdiktisaintek) and received by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ir. H. Deddy Purnomo Retno, S.T., M.T., GPA-Utama (Vice Rector for Student Affairs, Alumni, Cooperation, and Islamic Da’wah) together with Dini Tiara Sasmi, S.IP., M.Si., M.A. (Head of the Office of International Cooperation and Affairs, BKUI UIR) in Jakarta on Thursday (19 December 2025).

The award reflects UIR’s disciplined and structured management of cooperation reports, including documentation of national and international MoUs and MoAs, as well as its active implementation of collaborative programs such as student internships, joint research, thematic community service, and more.

Previously, UIR also achieved three first-place awards in the Anugerah Kerjasama Diktisaintek (AKD) 2025 at the LLDIKTI Region XVII level in categories for International Cooperation, Industry Cooperation, and Government/NGO Cooperation.
